ORDERS

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

A: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please double-check your items, size, and shipping info before checking out.

Q: I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

A: First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, email us at support@nlabels.com with your name and order number (if available).

 

SHIPPING

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No 

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

A: Sometimes carriers delay updates. Please allow 48–72 hours. If it hasn’t updated after that, reach out and we’ll assist within our policy scope.

 

PAYMENT & SECURITY

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards, and Shop Pay (if enabled).

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: If your order was flagged as high-risk by our fraud system, it may have been canceled and refunded to protect all parties. You may retry with a different method or contact us.


RETURNS & ISSUES

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

A: Email support@nlabels.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll assess and respond.

A: While we strive for accuracy, colors and textures may vary slightly based on your screen or device settings.
