Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [support@nlabels.com] within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll assess and respond accordingly. After 3 days, we are unable to offer any form of resolution.
